In a small shed in Lindhorst, Lower Saxony, the company founder, Bernd Thürnau, began programming the first building blocks with reliable technology a quarter of a century ago. The starting signal for today's successful cps Programmier-Service GmbH was given. After only a short time, the company expanded and moved into larger, modern buildings, and the "Tape & Reel" service, the sorting, separation and correct storage of bulk material or punched parts, was added to the module programming. From a partnership with the renowned manufacturer of sorting and feeding technology, afag in Amberg, a special exchange system of sorting pots was developed at cps, for which a patent application has also been filed.
For 25 years, cps has been a healthy company serving international customers and corporations in the automotive supplier, industrial automation and consumer product manufacturing industries. cps is large and professional enough to be a reliable partner for international companies, but also young and lean enough to live flexibility and customer orientation on a daily basis.
